Domestic Tractor Sales Report March 2025: 25.40% Increase, 79,946 Units Sold

07-Apr-2025: In Mar 2025, domestic tractor sales in India showed a strong increase of 25.40%, with brands selling 79,946 tractors compared to 63,755 in Mar 2024. This continues the positive trend in the tractor market, with many brands showing impressive growth.

Domestic Tractor Sales Report March 2025 - Brand Wise

India’s leading tractor manufacturer, M&M Group, reported strong sales in Mar 2025, selling 32,582 tractors. This is a 34.21% increase from 24,276 units sold in Mar 2024. M&M Group also gained 2.68% in market share, increasing from 38.08% to 40.76%.

TAFE Group sold 12,901 tractors in Mar 2025, showing an 18.60% increase compared to 10,878 units sold in Mar 2024. However, the market share fell by 0.93%, from 17.06% to 16.14%.

Escorts Kubota achieved sales of 10,775 tractors, up 15.18% from 9,355 units in Mar 2024. Meanwhile, its market share declined by 1.20%, from 14.67% to 13.48%.

Sonalika reported sales of 10,485 tractors in Mar 2025, growing 20.77% from 8,682 units in Mar 2024. At the same time, its market share slipped by 0.50%, from 13.62% to 13.12%.

John Deere sold 6,936 tractors in Mar 2025, marking a 25.58% increase from 5,523 units in Mar 2024. Notably, its market share increased slightly by 0.01%, from 8.66% to 8.68%.

New Holland achieved 4,093 tractor sales, up 33.67% from 3,062 units in Mar 2024. The brand saw a 0.32% rise in market share, from 4.80% to 5.12%.

VST sold 550 tractors in Mar 2025, up 15.79% from 475 units last year. Despite this, its market share dropped by 0.06%, from 0.75% to 0.69%.

Indo Farm recorded 533 units sold in Mar 2025, a 29.37% increase compared to 412 units in Mar 2024. Consequently, its market share went up by 0.02%, from 0.65% to 0.67%.

Preet sold 485 tractors in Mar 2025, showing a 4.98% increase from 462 units sold in Mar 2024. However, its market share dropped by 0.12%, from 0.72% to 0.61%.

Captain reported 367 tractors in Mar 2025, a decline of 23.86% compared to 482 units in Mar 2024. Similarly, its market share decreased by 0.30%, from 0.76% to 0.46%.

ACE sold 177 tractors in Mar 2025, up 101.14% from 88 units in Mar 2024. The brand also gained 0.08% in market share, increasing from 0.14% to 0.22%.

SDF reported 62 tractor sales in Mar 2025, showing a small increase of 3.33% from 60 units in Mar 2024.  Still, its market share fell slightly by 0.02%, from 0.09% to 0.08%.
