Retail Tractors Sales Report November 2023: Tractor Sales Decline By 21.28%, 61,969 Units Sold

On 6th December 2023, FADA released Retail Tractor Sales Data. The data shows the total tractor sales which was 61,969 units in November 2023 compared to 78,720 units sold in November 2022. As a result, tractor sales in India show a downward trend of 21.28% in November 2023. 

Brand Wise FADA Tractor Sales Report 2023

Mahindra tractor sales recorded 14,481 units in November 2023 and 19,107 units sold in the month of the previous year. The comparison of sales shows a 24.21% degrowth in Mahindra tractor sales. As a result, the company also lost 0.90% of the market share in November 2023. 

Swaraj Tractor division of Mahindra & Mahindra faced a loss in their tractor sales in November 2023 by 13.31%. The company sold 11,481 units in November 2023 against 13,244 units in November 2022. But, Swaraj Tractor gained its market share by 1.71%. 

Sonalika Tractors faced a drop of 14.41% in retail tractor sales in India 2023. The company sold 8,293 units in November 2023 compared to 9,689 units in November 2022. 

TAFE Limited gained its market share by 0.09%. The company recorded a drop in retail tractor sales by 20.65%. The sales were 7,232 units in November 2023 and 9,114 in November 2022. 

Escorts Tractor sold 6,270 units in November 2023 compared to 8,552 units in November 2022. This shows an evident 26.68% downfall in November 2023 sales. Along with this, the company registered a 0.74% loss in market share. 

Eicher Tractor registered a 11.82% drop in tractor sales in November 2023. The company sold 4,527 units in November 2023 and in November 2022, the sales were 5,134. Additionally, the company also gained market share by 0.79%. 

John Deere Tractor is an example of a classy tractor brand. The company sold 4,443 units in November 2023 compared to 5,401 units in November 2022. The Data shows a 17.74% downfall in tractor sales. The company gained its market share by 0.31%% in November 2023. 

New Holland Tractor noted 2,339 unit sales in November 2023 and 2,856 units in November 2022. This data shows a loss of 18.10% in November 2023. But, the company also gained market share by 0.14% in the same month. 

Kubota Tractor recorded a decrease in retail tractor sales in November 2023 by 42.80%. As a result, the company sold 1,005 units in November 2023 against 1,757 units in the same month of last year. As a result, Kubota Tractor recorded degrowth in market share by 0.61%%.

Indo Farm Tractor company recorded a 8.10% shrunk in retail tractor sales in November 2023. But, the company maintained its market share by 0.06%. The company sold 227 units in November 2023 against 247 units in the same month of last year. 

VST Tillers & Tractor sales dropped by approximately 61.79% in November 2023, with sales of 188 units against 492 units in November 2022. Along with this, the company's retail market share decreased by 0.33%.

Apart from this, other brands recorded a 52.57% downturned in November 2023. The tractor sales were 1,483 units in November 2023, as against 3,127 units in November 2022. As a result, the market share also lost by 1.58% in the same month.
