This tractor comes with a 3-cylinder, 3308 CC engine that generates 52 HP of rated engine power. This power rotates the crankshaft with a rotational velocity of 2000 RPM and thus producing a maximum torque of 205 NM. This torque is utilised as a dragging force to assist hydraulics, loads, output vectors as splines, etc.
The engine of the tractor is water-cooled, and hence the Swaraj 855 FE can operate for longer hours as compared to other coolants with lower specific heat capacity than water.
