Apollo Launched New-Gen Agri Tyres - 'VIRAT'

Apollo launches the new VIRAT tyre with 20 lugs as an all-rounder product, providing a strong grip and long life in all soil conditions. 

Today (6 May 2022) in Chandigarh, Apollo Tyres launches the new generation of agri-tyres. Business partners and farmers from all over north India were present among the audience at the launch. 

All-Rounder Tractor Tyres - 'VIRAT'

The 'VIRAT' range of tyres is all-rounder and the most advanced tractor tyres with leading industry traction and unique design. These tyres are available in both fitments, front and rear, and have superior performance in agri & haulage segments. 

Apollo launches the new VIRAT tyre with 20 lugs as an all-rounder product, providing a strong grip and long life in all soil conditions. In addition, the range of tyres improves the productivity of the tractors and reduces their downtime, along with matching the aesthetics of modern tractors. 

While the VIRAT range caters to all markets, the company will specifically look at larger agriculture-based states, including Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, MP, Maharashtra, AP and Karnataka.

Apollo VIRAT tyres provide a differential proposition with their distinguished lug geometry, new lug design, superior performance and new-gen aesthetics. For even wear and longer life, these tyres have more rubber in the wearing zone. 

The rounder groove profile towards the shoulder and curved lug geometry ensure faster mud removal from the bucket area for a stronger grip. To reduce downtime, these tyres have a dual tapered lug design, making tyres less prone to punctures. 

Along with the sidewall design with bold mnemonics and bold fonts on shoulders, the sharp edges, tight lines, and uniformly varying cross-sectional lugs area provide a unique aesthetic design.
