Sonalika Witnesses a fastest-ever Cumulative 1 Lakh tractor Sales

With its largest world-class and largest (in the world) manufacturing unit, International Tractors’ major Sonalika has hit new sales recorded this financial year. The tractor brand broke its own record and established a new record of selling 1 Lakh tractors in just 8 months with 11.2% of Year To Date (YTD) growth. As per the market acquisition statistics, the tractor brand Sonalika has even surpassed the industry’s YTD growth (approx. 8.8%).

Sonalika’s region-centric approach to customer acquisition has brought fruitful results for the company. Considering its past performance of selling tractors worldwide, the benchmark of 1 lakh tractors was achieved earlier this year. The company has been selling a hundred thousand tractors each financial year since FY’18.  This brilliance was achieved by Sonalika Tractors in 2018 for the first time. This special milestone was achieved for the first time by the tractor brand in FY’18 in a period of 12 months.

The largest tractor exporter in India claims this achievement proudly. Further, the tractor brand states its marvellous product planning and portfolio management as the major reason behind this remarkable achievement. Furthermore, it claims its improvised product marketing strategies and initiatives behind the campaign's success. With an aim to make farm machinery affordable to consumers and thus enrich prosperity among them, the brand is committed to making superior products and providing superior services.

Through a press release Mr Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director, International Tractors Limited, stated about this exceptional performance. He said that he is overwhelmed to share the news that has put the company’s thorough market understanding and designed-to-excel branding into focus. He further added that the company has slowly but steadily made its way into a farmer’s arena. In addition to this, he added that farmers in India are slowly but steadily accepting mechanized farming. Speaking further, he said this acknowledgement has been driving the increased tractor sales.
