The company also declared that it raised funding of INR 6.4 Crores through its angel investors from HNI in their seed round of funding. It is all held under the guidance of Mr Swadeep Pillarisetti (Board member at AutoNxt Automation).

The funding was successfully led by Keiretsu Forum, Virya Mobility 5.0 and a few more marquee angels such as Mr Ayad Khalil Chammas ( EV space international investor and oil and gas experienced professional), Mr Chand Das (ex CEO for ITC), Mr Nitin Johar (CFO for IDO at Govt of Ras Al Khaimah), Mr Suveer Sinha (KKR Capstone India Head), Mr Ravichandran Sargunaraj (TVS Logistics Services Ltd’s ex executive director) and others. 

The company mentioned that they would use this funding productively in tooling, testing, research and development of India’s first electric tractor in the coming 3 years. Along with this, they plan to launch 3 variants of an electric tractor in the market in 20 HP, 35 HP and 45 HP categories. Now, the company is looking for funding of around Rs. 27 Crores ($3.5 M) to start its pre series. 

Since its establishment, AutoNxt Automation has offered three different tractor variations.
