Guava is India's fourth most cultivated fruit, spanning 0.15 million hectares and yielding 1.80 million tonnes. Uttar Pradesh leads in guava production, with Andhra Pradesh. Here are the contributions of other states:

Uttar Pradesh dominates India's guava production with 22.93% market share, producing 928.44 tonnes. Madhya Pradesh and Bihar follow as the second and third-largest guava-producing states.

With a total guava production of 776.5 MT, this state accounts for 17.20% of India's overall guava output. Madhya Pradesh holds the second position in guava production, closely followed by Bihar.

Bihar is a significant contributor to India's guava production, producing 434.41 metric tonnes, which accounts for 9.62% of the overall guava cultivation in the country.

Andhra Pradesh plays a notable role in India's guava production, contributing 335.11 metric tonnes, which constitutes 7.42% of the overall guava cultivation in the country.

Haryana is a significant guava producer in India, contributing to the overall guava cultivation with 271.18 metric tonnes, accounting for 6% of the total production in the country.
