Karnataka is the fourth largest producer of watermelons, with a share of 8.09%. The production was around 260 tonnes during 2021-22.
Orissa is the fifth largest producer of watermelons, with a share of 7.86% of the net production. The state produced around 253 tonnes of watermelon during 2021-22.
