Bhadla, the world's largest solar park for electricity and second-largest in area, thrives in temperatures of 46 to 48 degrees Celsius. Its construction cost amounted to around ₹10,000 crores.
Palavalli, Karnataka's solar park, spanning 13,000 acres, has produced 2050 MW since 2018. Its strategic location supports various solar plants, benefiting from the region's favorable geography.
In Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, the Kurnool Ultra Mega Solar Park spans 5,932.32 acres, generating 1000 MW, with an estimated construction cost of about Rs 7,143 crore.
In Anantapuram, Andhra Pradesh, the Anantapuram Ultra Mega Solar Park covers 7,924.76 acres, generating 978.5 MW. It stands as a prominent solar facility in the region.
In Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, the Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Park spans 1590 acres, producing 750 MW. Developed by Reva Ultra Mega Solar Limited, it's a joint venture of MPUVNL and SECI.
