Spinach is a leafy green vegetable. It has iron, calcium, vitamins A and C.
Grows in various climatic conditions. Needs moderate water and sunlight.
All green, pusa Jyoti, pusa Bharati, and Palam Hariyali.
Seeds should be sown 1-2 cm deep and spaced at 15 cm.
Harvest after 30-40 days of sowing. Spinach is sold fresh or processed in local markets.
