Miyazaki mangoes are red, sweet and succulent fruits. They are called “Eggs of Sun” for their unique look. They are very expensive.

Suitable soil

Miyazaki mangoes need well-draining soil with pH 5.5-7.5. Organic matter improves soil quality and nutrients. Avoid shallow clay soils or high calcium soils.

Climate required

Miyazaki mangoes like warm and humid climate. They grow in 25°C to 35°C at day and 20°C at night. They need long sunlight hours and abundant rain or irrigation.

Land preparation

For Miyazaki mango farming, prepare land well. Plow 2-3 times and level the soil. Remove weeds and stones. Dig pits of 1 x 1 x 1 m at 8 x 8 m spacing.
