Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is an initiative of the Government wherein 120 million small and marginal farmers get income support of Rs. 6,000 per year.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a pension scheme for farmers in September 2019. Under this scheme, farmers between 18 and 40 years of age can get a monthly pension of Rs. 3,000 after attaining the age of 60.

Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana is a scheme that aims to enhance irrigation coverage and water use efficiency in agriculture. The scheme has three components: Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme, Har Khet Ko Pani, and Per Drop More Crop.
