Retail Tractor Sales Report December 2022 - Registered 5.23% Growth

FADA (Federation of Automobile Dealers Association) has recently shared December 2022’s retail sales report of leading tractor OEMs’. The total retail sales for all tractor brands in December 2022 were 78,563 units, as against 74,653 units in Dec 2021, showing an impressive growth of 5.23%.

Let’s have a detailed look and compare the total sales, year-over-year change and market share of popular OEMs for December 2022 and December 2021.

Retail Tractor Sales December 2022

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. tractor retail sales for Dec 2022 were 19,389 units, as against 14,938 units in Dec 2021, showing a growth of 29.7%.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Swaraj Division) retail sales for Dec 2022 were 12,922 as against 10,480 units in Dec 2021, showing a growth of 23.30%.

International Tractors Ltd. retail sales for Dec 2022 were 9,722 units as against 9,266 units in Dec 2021, showing a growth of 4.92%.

Tafe Ltd. retail sales for Dec 2022 were 7,867 units as against 8,297 units in Dec 2021, showing a decline of 5.18%.

Escorts Ltd. (Agri Machinery Group) retail sales for Dec 2022 were 7,759 units as against 6,260 units in Dec 2021, showing a growth of 23.94%.

John Deere India Pvt Ltd (Tractor division) retail sales for Dec 2022 were 6,508 as against 4,795 units in Dec 2021, showing a growth of 35.72%.

Eicher Tractors retail sales for Dec 2022 were 5,015 units as against 5,395 units in Dec 2021, showing a decline of 7.04%.

CNH Industrial (INDIA) Pvt Ltd retail sales for Dec 2022 were 3,287 units as against 2,284 units in Dec2021, showing an impressive growth of 43.91%.

Kubota International Pvt Ltd retail sales for Dec 2022 were 2,385 units as against 1,582 units in Dec 2021, showing an impressive growth of 50.7%.

V.S.T. Tillers Tractors Ltd  retail sales for Dec 2022 were 461 units as against 485 units in Dec 2021, showing a decline of 4.94%.

Force Motors Ltd (a Firodia Enterprise) retail sales for Dec 2022 were 357 units as against 433 units in Dec 2021, showing a decline of 17.55%.

Preet Tractors Pvt Ltd retail sales for Dec 2022 were 333 units as against 505 units in Dec 2021, showing a decline of 34.05%.

Gromax Agri Equipment Ltd retail sales for Dec 2022 were 285 units as against 197 units  in Dec 2021, showing a growth of 44.67%.

Other tractor brands' retail sales for Dec 2022 were 2,273 units as against 9,736 units in Dec 2021, showing a decline of 76.65%.
