Lakshmi Venu Takes Over as Vice Chairman of TAFE

17-March-2025: Lakshmi Venu is now the Vice Chairman of TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, further strengthening the company’s leadership. As a key member of TAFE’s Board, she has played a vital role in shaping its growth and long-term vision.

In addition to this, she continues to lead Sundaram Clayton Limited as its Managing Director. With an impressive educational background, she holds degrees from Yale University and a Doctorate in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick, bringing a strong mix of global knowledge and industry expertise to her new role.

Her leadership skills have earned her recognition as one of Business Today’s "Most Powerful Women in Business", and she has also been featured in The Economic Times’ "Young Leaders – 40 under 40."
