Gaganjot Singh Becomes CEO of Swaraj Tractors, Succeeding Harish Chavan at Mahindra Group

Gaganjot Singh is now the new CEO of Swaraj Tractors, succeeding Mr. Harish Chavan, who previously held the position at Mahindra Group. This leadership change marks a new phase for Swaraj as Mr Gaganjot begins his journey at the company. He brings with him a successful 13-year career at Group Michelin, where he experienced several transitions across different roles and countries.

In his LinkedIn post, Mr Gaganjot expressed gratitude for his time at Michelin, which greatly influenced his career. He also shared his excitement about joining Mahindra Group and spoke warmly about the support and welcome he received from the Swaraj team. Additionally, he praised the company's passionate people and strong spirit, which have contributed to Swaraj's continued success.

Gaganjot also reflected on the joy of being back in Punjab, where he spent his early years. Looking forward, he is eager to help lead Swaraj into its next stage of growth. His first experience as CEO included driving a 4.5-decade-old tractor. This symbolised the pride and legacy of the company, built by the efforts of leaders like Harish Chavan.
