Escorts Kubota Tractor Sales Report May 2025: 9,703 Tractors Sold with a Decrease of 2%

Faridabad, 1 June 2025: Escorts Kubota Limited’s Agri Machinery Business Division released its tractor sales data for May 2025. The EKL sold a total of  10,354 tractors, as against 10,286 tractors sold in the same month last year. This shows a 0.7% increase in tractor sales. 

However, domestic tractor sales declined by 2%, with 9,703 units sold compared to 9,906 units in the same month last year. On the other hand, export sales saw a strong surge, rising to 651 units from 380 units last year—an impressive growth of 71.3%.

According to the company, the timely onset of the monsoon season has uplifted spirits on the ground. Preparations for the upcoming Kharif season are underway as expected. Looking ahead, the company expects this positive trend to continue, supported by above-normal monsoon forecasts, adequate reservoir levels, and improved liquidity in rural markets.

Escorts Kubota Tractor Sales Report May 2025 - Domestic & Export Data

Escorts Kubota Tractor Sales Report (April–May FY26)

In the first two months of FY26, Escorts Kubota Limited sold 19,083 tractors. This is slightly lower than the 19,125 units sold during the same period in FY25. The total decline is 0.2%.

Domestic sales reached 17,851 units in FY26, compared to 18,398 units in FY25. This shows a 3.0% drop in domestic demand.

On the other hand, export sales rose sharply. The company exported 1,232 tractors in April–May FY26, up from 727 units in FY25. This is a strong growth of 69.5%.
